Photos are supplied as .jpeg files on a limited non exclusive licence and full copyright is retained by the photographer under Australian Copyright Law. Photos are not to be purchased of other people's dogs without the owner's consent.  The limited non exclusive licence means that the photos are for the subject's personal use and/or personal advertising only and are not for independent, third party or commercial use without permission.  Photos taken by Goldmaid Images may be used by the photographer at any time for advertising and promotional purposes.  Photos are protected by copyright law and are not to be edited or altered in any way by anybody without permission other than the photographer.  The photographer's signature must remain legible on all photos and where this is not possible, the photographer must be credited for the photos. Screen shotting and sharing of images is an illegal act, a breach of copyright and punishable by law.
